You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise environments — you've successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders and understand how to advocate for customer needs effectively. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to extract insights from large datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations that drive growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Experience with Datadog products is a plus, as is familiarity with methodologies for customer engagement and relationship management. You are comfortable leading strategic reviews and QBRs, demonstrating the value delivered to customers through clear, outcome-driven narratives.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to some of Datadog's largest and most important customers — you'll engage with executive, technical, and business stakeholders to understand their goals and translate them into a clear value narrative for Datadog's offerings. You will proactively drive new product attachment by identifying customer needs and advocating for growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions to align on priorities and define next steps. You will analyze adoption and usage trends to quantify the value delivered and identify gaps, ensuring that customers are maximizing their investment in Datadog's solutions.
