Key job responsibilities
Provide Infrastructure support of incoming system tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services
Work on maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Java and AWS technologies
Software deployment support in staging and production environments
Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance
System and Support status reporting
Ownership of one or more Digital products or components
Improve Retail Mesa infrastructure, operational performance, and stability.
Participate in designs, code and procedures reviews.
Identify opportunities arising from technical discussions and do the technical trade-offs.
Troubleshoot, research root causes thoroughly resolve defects.
Drive Company Wide Campaigns with Support and Engineering teams and drive it to closure.
Keep the Compliance risks for Retail Mesa systems under control.
Drive large scale projects such as migration to native , Pipeline Automation and drive it to closure

The Mesa team enables other Amazon businesses to move faster by providing tools and solutions to common problems, with a notable focus on ensuring vendors and content providers are paid globally. If you are ready to be part of a global program and work hard to help many Amazon teams succeed in this mission, this position is right for you. We offer a creative, fast paced, innovative work environment where you'll be helping drive a key part of Amazon's innovation on behalf of vendors and content providers across the globe.The Mesa team builds reusable software for a multitude of Amazon businesses, including Kindle, Amazon Video, Amazon Music, and more. You'll work directly with engineers, product managers, leadership, customers, and other stakeholders from these various businesses to address issues in our space that have some of the highest customer pain points.- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
- Experience with Linux/Unix- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
