Carvana is seeking an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform bodywork on various automotive panels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience and offers competitive wages and benefits.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience, showcasing your expertise in various repair techniques. Your skills include heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair, which are essential for the role. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your team and adherence to safety protocols.
While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Your willingness to participate in training programs offered by Carvana demonstrates your commitment to professional growth and skill enhancement.
As an Experienced Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on multiple automotive panels, ensuring that each vehicle meets the high standards of quality and safety. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling, which are critical for restoring vehicles to their original condition. You will also engage in large area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair, to address significant damage and ensure the vehicles are ready for delivery.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be expected to collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and protocols. Your commitment to teamwork and communication will play a vital role in ensuring that all repairs are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
