Senior Product Designer II, Customer Journey - Platform

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in creating user-centered designs that enhance customer journeys. Your portfolio showcases a range of projects that demonstrate your ability to design scalable systems and cohesive user experiences. You are proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of design principles and best practices. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You are passionate about leveraging data and AI to inform your design decisions and improve user engagement. You understand the importance of creating intuitive interfaces that empower users and drive business outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with design systems and UI patterns. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders and can articulate your design rationale effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join HubSpot’s Platform UX Team, where you will be responsible for designing user experiences that scale across various products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create cohesive and intuitive user journeys. Your work will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and iterating on designs based on user feedback. You will also play a key role in defining and maintaining the design system, ensuring consistency across all products. You will have the opportunity to influence the direction of AI-powered features and contribute to the overall user experience strategy. Your designs will directly impact hundreds of thousands of users, helping them achieve their business goals more effectively.
