As a Junior Registration Analyst at Syndigo, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, complete, and ready for approval. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data and supporting quality processes.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

Review and interpret product packaging information and enter it into our technology platform
Ensure all data follows predefined guidelines and models
Audit content created by team members and third-party contributors for accuracy
Validate and correct information before manufacturer approval
Communicate with customers to provide guidance and request approval of finalized content

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

Completed secondary education required; higher education (in progress or completed) is a plus
Technical Skills: Comfortable with Windows systems and Microsoft Office tools
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and clear communication skills
Experience: No prior experience required—we’ll provide training!
Ability to work in-person at our Joinville office, 5 days a week.
