TripActions is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to drive sales of their expense management solutions. You'll leverage your accounting and finance expertise to assist Account Executives in selling to enterprise clients. This role requires a strong understanding of expense management platforms and client needs.
You have a solid background in accounting and finance, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a solutions architect or similar role. Your expertise allows you to understand client needs deeply, enabling you to tailor solutions that drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. You are a subject matter expert in expense management platforms, and you can effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales teams to develop strategies that resonate with enterprise clients. You are results-driven and have a track record of exceeding sales targets, demonstrating your ability to contribute to a hyper-growth environment. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced industry, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at TripActions, you will play a crucial role in the sales process for the Navan Expense product. You will collaborate with Account Executives to identify and engage potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of accounting and finance to articulate the value of our solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. You will also gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies and participating in high-stakes negotiations. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Navan Expense as a leader in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
