HubSpot is hiring a Senior Payroll Project Analyst to optimize and automate global payroll processes. You'll work closely with Payroll Operations and HRIS, leveraging technology and analytics. This role requires strong payroll operational experience and proficiency with modern data and automation tools.
You have significant experience in payroll operations, ideally with a strong understanding of global payroll processes and compliance. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions that enhance accuracy and employee experience. You are comfortable working with various technologies, including AI and automation tools, and have a general knowledge of Workday. Your communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and progress.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to build broad expertise across payroll analytics and automation. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are committed to driving initiatives that standardize processes and enhance reporting capabilities. Experience with payroll transformation projects or similar initiatives would be a plus. Familiarity with modern data tools and analytics platforms is also desirable, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization. You are open to learning and adapting to new technologies that can enhance payroll operations and reporting.
In this role, you will own key components of the Payroll Transformation Roadmap, ensuring steady progress on strategic initiatives that optimize and automate payroll processes. You will partner with payroll teams globally to understand their business requirements and pain points, identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include analyzing existing workflows, developing KPIs to measure success, and enhancing reporting capabilities to inform decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with Payroll Operations and HRIS teams, driving automation initiatives that standardize processes and improve compliance. Your role will require you to build broad expertise across payroll analytics and automation, ensuring team-wide coverage and resilience. You will also support the execution of the Payroll Transformation Roadmap, contributing to the overall success of the payroll function within the organization.
