Staff Product Designer (Eats Shopping UX)

Who you are

You have over 7 years of experience in creating high-quality designs, showcasing your strong interaction and visual design skills. You have a proven track record of collaborating with product managers and leadership teams to develop strategies for complex projects. Your experience in a fast-paced startup environment has equipped you with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams. You have successfully redesigned products from the ground up, utilizing data and quantitative research methodologies to inform your design decisions. You are well-versed in user-centered design principles and have a solid understanding of user research planning and execution. Your portfolio demonstrates your work on at least one product that was released to users, highlighting your understanding of target users and user journeys.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage design projects and collaborate closely with Business, Engineering, and Product teams to shape strategies and make decisions. You will conduct user research and analyze problems to prioritize improvements for existing products and services. You will dive deep into complex issues to understand user needs and develop solutions based on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will maintain design quality while focusing on details in a rapidly changing environment. You will think systematically and present solutions based on intuition and evidence, including data, best practices, and testing results. Your role will involve conducting user testing and A/B testing to validate design choices and enhance user experiences.
