Job Description

The Amazon Fulfillment Technology (AFT) powers the physical engine at the heart of Amazon. We are responsible for scalable and innovative solutions to enable fulfillment of millions of items every day across the globe. Amazon External Fulfillment in AFT Organization provides fulfillment technology services to third-party companies, helping them to improve their fulfillment capabilities for the benefit of our Customers. With numerous sites operating flexible solutions, External Fulfillment provides network capacity solve, special fulfillment, and market expansion solutions worldwide. As part of our team tenets we strive to be proactive, implement measure-able and scale-able solutions and combine knowledge from 3PLs, Amazon and worldwide industry champions while continuously innovating new solutions.



Key job responsibilities
- As a Program Manager, Launch, you will focus on managing projects within Amazon External Fulfillment from start to finish for implementing amazon Warehouse Management Systems(WMS).
- You will use a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business judgment, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers.
- You will work on continuous improvement, partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to develop the processes and mechanisms that will enable us to achieve our business objectives.
- You will be owning and delivering Projects. You will be asked to develop, execute, and deliver on detailed plans, working closely with operations, tech, supply chain, finance and category teams .
- You will drive multiple projects simultaneously, defining timelines and communicating on status, risks, and process changes.
- You should be comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and operating in a rapidly evolving and changing landscape. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization.- Experience in program or project management- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
