You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for sales and a desire to help local businesses succeed. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for UK and Ireland businesses, consulting and closing new partnerships for the Groupon platform. You possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable engaging with potential partners over the phone. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to learn and grow in your sales career.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. A strong understanding of the local business landscape and a genuine interest in helping businesses grow will set you apart. You are adaptable and can quickly learn about Groupon's offerings to effectively communicate their value to potential partners.
In this role, you will answer inbound calls from potential business partners, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Groupon can help them thrive. You will consult with these businesses, guiding them through the partnership process and addressing any questions they may have. Your goal is to close new partnerships that benefit both the businesses and Groupon. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partners and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
