Minitab is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst Intern to support the Sales Operations and Sales Leadership team. You'll conduct data management and analysis, and assist with technology and process support. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in sales operations.
You are an enthusiastic individual eager to learn and contribute to the Sales Operations team at Minitab. As an intern, you will be responsible for data management and analysis, supporting strategic sales initiatives. You have a foundational understanding of SQL and are comfortable working with data to derive insights. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to review and clean data effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about the opportunity to engage with colleagues across various levels, including leadership.
Experience with CRM systems is a plus, as it will help you navigate Minitab's tools more effectively. Familiarity with data visualization tools can also enhance your ability to present findings clearly.
In this role, you will conduct data aggregation and analysis to support strategic sales initiatives. You will review, analyze, and clean data within Minitab’s CRM, ensuring accuracy for ad hoc reporting and operational initiatives. Your responsibilities will include capturing, developing, and documenting data definitions, business rules, and processes. You will create and produce forecasts, reports, and dashboards that provide insights to management for sales strategy development. Additionally, you will identify process gaps and potential improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of the sales operations team.
