Job Description

Join our dynamic Finance team in Germany where you'll drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our business. As a Finance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to influence key decisions while working on innovative projects that directly impact business growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead strategic financial projects and provide expert analysis for business-critical decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement best practices through collaboration with global finance teams
- Create financial transparency and identify areas for business improvement
- Conduct comprehensive analysis and review business cases to support strategic initiatives

A day in the life
You'll partner with leadership teams to analyse business performance, develop financial models, and identify opportunities for growth. Your day might include conducting deep-dive analyses, collaborating with operations teams on process improvements, or presenting insights to stakeholders.

About the team
Our Finance team in Germany is dedicated to driving business success through data-driven insights and strategic financial planning. We foster a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and team members support each other in achieving shared goals.- Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related field
- Experience in finance or analytical roles
- Experience with financial performance indicators and analysis
- Background in creating financial and operational reports
- Knowledge of process improvement and automation techniques
- Experience in continuous improvement projects- MBA or CPA certification
- SQL/ETL proficiency
- Experience in data quality management and problem-solving
- Background in financial modeling and business impact analysis
- Knowledge of data mining tools and financial systems
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
