Appier is seeking a Technical Account Manager to guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure successful adoption of AI-empowered ad solutions. You'll leverage your skills in data analysis and digital marketing to optimize business outcomes for customers in Tokyo.
You have a BS/BA degree in Computer Science or a related field, and you bring experience in the mobile measurement partner industry, particularly with tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust. Your background in digital marketing or advertising equips you with the knowledge to navigate complex client needs effectively. You possess a strong sense of using data to help executives make informed business decisions, and you have the potential ability to conduct data analysis and provide high-level consultation. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with clients and stakeholders to determine project requirements and deliverables.
In this role, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring timely and successful adoption of Appier's solutions. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, determining project requirements, scope, schedule, and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include preparing technical specifications for developers to implement, creating user and training documentation, and optimizing business outcomes for customers by leveraging Appier’s AI and data assets. You will also work with Product and HQ’s Technical Solutions teams to support successful adoption of Appier's solutions, providing appropriate documentation and technical guidance. Your role will involve deep dives into customers' business cases, data, and constraints to ensure optimal usage of Appier’s ad solutions.
