What you'll do

As the Space & Occupancy Manager at Netflix, you will play a crucial role in planning and analyzing the company's existing and future corporate locations within the EMEA region. You will collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to ensure that the spatial needs of various business units are met. This includes liaising with local and regional partners to understand their requirements and validate yearly headcount projections. You will track changes in workplace occupancy and contribute to the development of space programming for new locations, ensuring that Netflix's real estate portfolio aligns with its growth strategy.

You will also be responsible for analyzing occupancy data and reporting on trends that impact space utilization. Your insights will help inform strategic decisions regarding office layouts and resource allocation. By fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, you will ensure that their spatial needs are addressed and that they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
