ComplyAdvantage is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business and manage existing accounts in Australia. You'll leverage your experience in B2B SaaS sales and industry knowledge in Fintech or RegTech to achieve sales targets.
You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with over 4 years of experience. You've successfully managed high-value accounts and have a knack for closing new business from scratch. Your understanding of the Fintech, RegTech, or Financial Services industries gives you an edge in navigating complex compliance landscapes.
You possess a strong ability to prospect and network, building a quality pipeline while engaging senior decision-makers at various financial institutions. Your can-do attitude and hunger for success drive you to consistently overachieve on both new business and retention quotas.
You are adept at leading the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads to negotiating and closing high-value deals. Your strategic mindset allows you to feed valuable market intelligence back to product teams, ensuring that your insights contribute to the overall success of the company.
You enjoy mentoring junior sales members, sharing the secrets of your success, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can thrive. Your passion for compliance and technology positions you as a key player in helping regulated entities modernize their AML frameworks.
Experience in the compliance sector or familiarity with AUSTRAC reforms would be a significant plus. If you have a background in working with AI technologies, that would further enhance your candidacy.
In this hybrid role, you will take ownership of the entire sales journey. Your primary focus will be on hunting for new business opportunities while also nurturing and expanding your existing portfolio of accounts. You will relentlessly prospect and network to build a quality pipeline, collaborating closely with Sales Development Representatives to engage senior decision-makers at Fintechs, Banks, and Payment companies.
You will manage an existing portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention while identifying every opportunity to expand our footprint within those businesses. Leading the full sales cycle, you will qualify, negotiate, and close high-value deals, always with a focus on creating urgency and delivering results.
Your role will also involve feeding market intelligence back to our Product teams, ensuring that your insights help shape the future of our offerings. You will mentor junior sales members, sharing your strategies and best practices to help them succeed in their roles.
ComplyAdvantage provides a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping regulated entities navigate compliance challenges with innovative solutions. We offer competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth as we expand our presence in Australia.
Join us in our mission to re-engineer compliance for the age of AI, and be part of a company that is backed by leading investors and has a global footprint. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your drive and attitude are what matter most.
