TripActions is seeking a Mid-Market Solutions Consultant - Expense to enhance their expense management platform. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive client satisfaction and product adoption. This role requires expertise in accounting and finance.
You have a strong background in accounting and finance, ideally with experience in a fintech company, and you understand the intricacies of expense management solutions. Your ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively allows you to prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You possess strong communication and presentation skills, enabling you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams alike. Your track record of high performance and success demonstrates your capability to drive results and exceed goals. You are willing and able to travel domestically and internationally to visit customers and prospects, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships and understand their needs.
Experience working with large strategic customers is a plus, as is familiarity with corporate credit card solutions. You are a subject matter expert in expense management, and your insights will help shape effective strategies that drive revenue growth. Your adaptability and willingness to learn will be key as you navigate the evolving landscape of expense management.
In this role, you will partner closely with our Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations teams to ensure we are delighting our clients and exceeding their expectations. You will play a crucial role in helping Account Managers expand Expense product offerings within current strategic travel accounts. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing the Expense solution and increasing adoption within the Mid-Market segment. By understanding client needs and leveraging your knowledge, you will assist in developing effective strategies that drive revenue. You will also be responsible for providing insights and feedback to the product team to enhance the Navan Expense platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our clients.
