Senior Product Manager, Cloud SQL, Observability

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience developing or launching products or technologies within databases, analytics, big data, or a related area.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience developing and launching products and technologies within observability, enterprise software, or databases.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Product/Program Management, etc.).
• Experience managing day-to-day tactical decision, technical and design direction.
• Experience with enterprise products, infrastructure or systems.
• Experience in creating and driving product goal, strategic product roadmaps, and product launch.
• Understanding of the cloud ecosystem, markets, and competition in depth.

In this role, you will help Google navigate the tectonic shift by articulating a well thought out strategy and pull together a roadmap that will get Google there. You will collaborate closely with all parts of Cloud SQL and across databases to make this happen.

• Work closely with engineering to deliver differentiated and delightful product experiences.
• Work with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to make customers successful and bring back actionable feedback.
