You excel in both executing recruitment strategies and leading teams, demonstrating a balance between hands-on recruiting and strategic oversight. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you are skilled at coaching and developing talent within your team. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform your sourcing strategies and improve team performance. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality hires. You understand the importance of building relationships and networks within the tech community to attract top talent.

Desirable

Experience in managing a team of recruiters is a plus, as is familiarity with various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and community events. A background in the travel or tech industry would be beneficial, as well as a passion for connecting people with unique experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical sourcing strategy for GetYourGuide, determining where to invest and how to scale sourcing efforts effectively. You will personally lead the most critical searches for staff-level and niche roles, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. You will manage a team of four Technical Sourcers, setting clear goals and expectations while providing ongoing coaching and support to help them achieve their targets. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide visibility into sourcing activities for leadership, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged in the recruitment process. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly. You will also participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance GetYourGuide's presence in the tech talent market.
