Axon is seeking a Program Manager for U.S. Sales Readiness & Growth to lead onboarding and enablement programs. You'll develop strategies to ramp new hires and enhance existing talent. This role requires strong leadership and process-oriented skills.
You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in program management, particularly in sales readiness and growth. You have a deep understanding of sales processes and team dynamics, enabling you to create effective onboarding and enablement programs. Your energetic and process-minded approach ensures that new hires ramp up quickly and existing team members continue to thrive. You are passionate about creating high-quality experiences that empower sales teams to perform at their best. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to facilitate onboarding sessions and lead touchpoints effectively. You are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for U.S. Sales onboarding and enablement programs. You will design and deliver training experiences that help new hires ramp effectively and ensure that existing talent is continuously developed. You will facilitate onboarding sessions and lead regular check-ins with new hires and their managers throughout the 90-day journey. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, assessing the effectiveness of programs, and making data-driven improvements. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders to understand their needs and ensure that the training aligns with business objectives. You will also be responsible for tracking the progress of new hires and providing feedback to help them succeed. Your role will be critical in shaping the future success of the sales organization at Axon.
