LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to manage and expand relationships with large enterprise accounts in Singapore. This role requires exceptional business acumen and a customer-centric approach.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing large enterprise accounts, and you thrive in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. Your exceptional drive to generate new business is complemented by your ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that align with company goals. You are adaptable and comfortable taking on various responsibilities, ensuring that you represent LaunchDarkly effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your customer-centric approach is evident in your ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive success. You possess strong business acumen, allowing you to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior executives. You are motivated by results and have a history of exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience in the software industry or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful account management and customer success.
In this role, you will take ownership of large enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner. You will develop comprehensive territory and account plans, proactively driving outbound pipeline generation and collaborating with Business Development Representatives to identify new opportunities. Your focus will be on ensuring successful adoption of LaunchDarkly's solutions within these enterprises, coordinating closely with pre-and-post sales engineering and customer success teams to facilitate seamless expansion.
You will be responsible for conducting regular account reviews, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will inform your approach, allowing you to adapt and refine your strategies as needed. You will also play a key role in representing LaunchDarkly at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative solutions to potential clients.
