Mollie is hiring a Junior Product Designer to contribute to the design of their Dashboard & App. You'll collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to innovate and improve financial products. This role requires proficiency in design tools like Figma.
You are a Junior Product Designer with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for creating user-friendly products. You have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to bring ideas to life. You understand that great design doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and you involve your stakeholders early and often, using storytelling to communicate your vision effectively. You take initiative and advocate for your ideas, managing your work effectively to push for the best outcomes. You are eager to learn and grow in your design career, always looking for ways to improve your skills and contribute to the team.
In this role, you will enable the design for products in Mollie's Dashboard & App. You will contribute to the Merchant Experience domain by defining a design strategy and bringing it to life. You will transition seamlessly from research to strategy to interaction and visual design, ensuring that the user experience is at the forefront of your work. You will take ideas from concept to reality alongside Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow designers, experimenting and iterating on designs based on user feedback and data. You will identify assumptions and design experiments to validate your ideas, ensuring that the final products meet the needs of Mollie's customers. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure that the design vision aligns with the overall product strategy and goals.
