You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in the public sector. You understand the importance of nurturing customer relationships and have a proven track record of driving user adoption and business value. Your ability to engage with customers post-sales is key to supporting high retention rates. You are ambitious and highly productive, capable of managing multiple customer accounts effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping organizations transform their workflows through intelligent content management.
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with content management solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise AI and its applications in business workflows will enhance your ability to connect with customers and demonstrate the value of Box's platform. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can adapt your communication style to suit different audiences.
As a Scaled Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers after the sales process to ensure they derive maximum value from Box's platform. You will drive user adoption by providing guidance and support, helping customers navigate the features and capabilities of the platform. Your role will involve analyzing customer usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively addressing any challenges they may face. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and advocate for their needs. Additionally, you will develop and implement best practices for customer engagement, ensuring that customers are not only satisfied but also enthusiastic advocates for Box.
Box offers a competitive salary range of $71,000 to $91,500 USD, depending on your knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location. In addition to salary, this role is eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values innovation and collaboration.
