What you'll do

As a Senior Staff Software Engineer on the UI Experience team, you will play a mission-critical role in building and evolving the core UI framework and component library for Ridgeline’s investment management platform. Your contributions will enable product engineers to deliver high-quality user interfaces quickly and efficiently. You will collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams, influencing architecture decisions and shaping the way Ridgeline builds software.

You will be responsible for driving innovation within the team, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance the quality and scalability of front-end systems. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
