Amazon is hiring a Selling Partner Support Associate to provide operational support to Selling Partners. You'll be the primary contact for resolving queries and enhancing partner relationships. This role requires strong customer service skills and adaptability in a contact center environment.
You have a strong track record of customer centricity and are comfortable working in a dynamic contact center environment. You can adapt quickly to changing priorities with a sense of urgency. You excel at resolving complex queries from Selling Partners, leveraging your critical thinking and decision-making skills. You provide exceptional service to Selling Partners, building trust and strengthening relationships through empathy, active listening, and rapport building. You adeptly navigate multiple communication channels concurrently, including phone, chat, and email, to engage with Selling Partners effectively. Your communication skills are clear and professional, both written and oral, allowing you to listen closely and empathetically to Selling Partners, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
As a Selling Partner Support Associate, you will act as the primary point of contact between Amazon and our Selling Partners. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Selling Partners who sell on Amazon stores. Your role will have a direct and immediate impact on the experience of buyers at Amazon. You will address Selling Partners' issues effectively while working closely with other stakeholders within Amazon and adhering to service level agreements for phone, chat, and/or email cases. You will contribute to a positive team environment and drive process improvements as applicable. Your responsibilities will include resolving complex queries, providing exceptional service, and navigating multiple communication channels to engage effectively with Selling Partners.
