Esri is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners in the utilities, telecom, and rail sectors. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and promote the adoption of Esri's technology.
You have a strong background in partnership management, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with systems integrators and business partners. Your experience in the utilities, telecom, or rail industries has equipped you with the knowledge to effectively promote technology solutions and drive revenue growth. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with account managers, business development teams, and marketing leads to align strategies and achieve common goals.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate Esri's value proposition to partners and help them leverage the technology effectively. Your ability to mentor and support team members contributes to a positive team culture, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. You are results-driven, always seeking new opportunities to enhance partner engagement and drive sales development.

You will engage with key and major growth partners within the Esri Partner Network Program, identifying their needs and aligning them with Esri's capabilities. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on partnership performance, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with Esri's objectives.
