Overview

Esri is seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and strengthen relationships with systems integrators and business partners in the utilities, telecom, and rail sectors. You'll collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and promote the adoption of Esri's technology.

Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, with a focus on building and nurturing relationships with systems integrators and business partners. Your experience in the utilities, telecom, or rail industries has equipped you with the knowledge to effectively promote technology solutions and drive revenue growth. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with account managers, business development teams, and marketing leads to align strategies and achieve common goals.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate Esri's value proposition to partners and help them leverage the technology effectively. Your ability to mentor and support team members contributes to a positive team culture, fostering knowledge sharing and collaboration. You are results-driven, always seeking new opportunities to enhance partner engagement and drive sales development.

Desirable

Experience in CRM tools is a plus, as you will leverage these systems to manage opportunities and streamline the buying process. Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies in the technology sector will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will actively seek out sales opportunities with existing partners and systems integrators, aligning their offerings with Esri's strategic goals. You will collaborate with various internal teams to develop comprehensive sales and marketing plans that resonate with partners. Your efforts will focus on driving revenue growth and increasing Esri's market presence in the utilities, telecom, and rail sectors.

You will engage with key and major growth partners within the Esri Partner Network Program, identifying their needs and aligning them with Esri's capabilities. Your role will involve mentoring team members and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on partnership performance, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with Esri's objectives.
