What you'll do

As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Zoox, you will assist in various manufacturing processes, focusing on line balancing and ensuring product quality while meeting production rates. You will set up workstations and provide training to team members, contributing to a smooth manufacturing workflow. In the Manufacturing Systems Engineering team, you will support regular production tasks and act as the first line of contact for resolving manufacturing systems issues on the floor. This role will allow you to learn about the development of SAP MES and Ignition systems, gaining valuable insights into manufacturing technology.

In the Logistics Engineering team, you will optimize warehouse operations by ensuring inventory accuracy and building best practices. You will also design packaging solutions that protect products while minimizing costs. Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, gaining mentorship and guidance as you contribute to real projects that impact Zoox's mission of transforming mobility.
