Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience and are skilled in performing bodywork on multiple panels. Your expertise includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, and roof and rocker panel repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can work mandatory overtime based on business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can read, write, speak, and understand English.

Desirable

Experience with state-of-the-art tools and techniques in automotive repair is a plus. You are eager to learn and grow within the company, taking advantage of training programs offered for entry-level positions. What you'll do

As a Skilled Auto Body Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for performing bodywork on various automotive panels. This includes heavy plastic welding and minor metal pulling, ensuring that vehicles meet the high standards expected by our customers. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, utilizing state-of-the-art tools to complete your tasks efficiently and effectively. Your role may also involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to ensure that all repairs are completed on time and to the highest quality.

You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in automotive repair.
