Zoox is seeking a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for critical Hardware positions. You'll partner with hiring managers to source and recruit top engineering talent. This role requires experience in recruiting and a passion for the company's mission.
You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in technical roles, particularly in hardware engineering. You thrive in environments where you can manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. Your ability to partner closely with hiring managers allows you to understand their needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that every step of the recruitment process is executed smoothly. Experience in recruiting for hardware engineering roles is a plus. Familiarity with the automotive or robotics industry can enhance your effectiveness in this role. In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical Hardware positions, which may span Vehicle Development, Advanced Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability, and Manufacturing Operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements, source, recruit, and close world-class engineering talent. You will utilize various sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and job boards, to identify potential candidates. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the roles. Additionally, you will provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions.
This opportunity will start as a contract role, with the potential for conversion to a full-time position.
