What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical Hardware positions, which may span Vehicle Development, Advanced Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Reliability, and Manufacturing Operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements, source, recruit, and close world-class engineering talent. You will utilize various sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and job boards, to identify potential candidates. You will conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the roles. Additionally, you will provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions.
