Rain is seeking an Account Manager for the APAC region to onboard new companies onto their platform and ensure customer success. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in account management. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited about helping clients succeed with innovative payment solutions. You have a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and are adept at onboarding new clients, ensuring they fully leverage the products and services offered by Rain. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and sales, to deliver a seamless experience for partners. You are curious and bold, eager to contribute to shaping a borderless financial future.
In this role, you will own the customer lifecycle post-sales, guiding clients through onboarding and into adoption, renewal, and expansion phases. You will work closely with new companies to help them integrate Rain’s products into their operations, ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues that arise, acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all aspects of the customer experience are optimized and that partners receive the support they need to succeed. You will also analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion of services.
