HelloFresh is seeking a Team Lead for FSQA Systems & Processes to drive process definition and improvement across international markets. You'll lead a mixed team and collaborate with technical stakeholders to enhance operational KPIs. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills.
You have a proven track record in project management, particularly in food safety and quality assurance processes. Your experience leading teams in diverse environments has equipped you with the skills to set clear objectives and drive process optimization. You are adept at influencing strategic decisions that impact business metrics and operational KPIs. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective digital solutions. You understand the importance of standardizing processes across international markets and are committed to continuous improvement. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about making a significant impact on the success of your organization.
In this role, you will lead and develop a mixed onshore and offshore team, ensuring that clear objectives are set for process optimization and system implementation across FSQA operations. You will continuously review and steer the team’s program portfolio to enhance engagement, motivation, prioritization, and delivery. Your strategic decisions will directly influence business metrics and improve operational KPIs. You will define, map, and standardize Food Safety and Quality processes and KPIs, ensuring they are applied consistently across international markets. Collaborating closely with technical stakeholders, you will advocate for solutions that support FSQA objectives and drive the future success of HelloFresh.
