Navan is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales in new markets. You'll leverage your experience in outbound prospecting and value-based selling to engage C-level executives. This role requires 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
You have over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in engaging with C-level executives and managing strategic sales cycles. Your background includes a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing your own pipeline, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a competitive environment. You understand the importance of selling business value to finance and business stakeholders, focusing on ROI and BVA models rather than just competing on features and functions. You are familiar with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and can develop comprehensive Enterprise Account Plans that drive execution and success.
You possess strong experience in outbound prospecting into new accounts, showcasing your ability to identify enterprise client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions. Your experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment has equipped you with the skills to adapt quickly and effectively to changing market conditions. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but your practical experience and results-driven approach are what truly set you apart.
Experience with consumption-based selling models and familiarity with tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach will be advantageous. You are comfortable navigating deeply ingrained legacy systems and have a knack for changing the inertia in how businesses manage their discretionary expenses.
In this role, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline of net new logos to exceed quarterly targets. You will develop and execute an Enterprise Account Plan, leveraging your sales methodologies to ensure success. Your focus will be on selling business value to finance and business stakeholders, utilizing ROI and BVA models to demonstrate the impact of your solutions. You will manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, ensuring that you stay on top of your targets and deliver results.
You will maximize the use of prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to identify and engage potential clients. Your ability to conduct product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment will be crucial as you showcase the benefits of Navan's offerings to prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales team to refine strategies and share insights that can enhance overall performance.
