Axon is seeking an Account Executive (Inside Sales) to drive sales of their products to law enforcement customers. You'll utilize Salesforce and engage in both outbound and inbound account management. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience and at least 1 year of experience in a full cycle Sales role. Your familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems allows you to manage customer relationships effectively. You are proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, which helps you create compelling presentations and manage your time efficiently. You thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment and possess excellent communication and telephone skills. Your energetic self-starter attitude drives you to take ownership and achieve your sales targets.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Axon, you will be responsible for selling the full suite of products, including hardware, software, and service solutions, to new and existing law enforcement customers through telesales. You will develop and execute a regional sales plan by engaging in outbound prospecting and lead generation. Your role will involve providing effective product demonstrations for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing, showcasing the value of Axon’s ecosystem. You will also attend training sessions to enhance your industry expertise and stay updated on product offerings.
