Job Description

Who we are

We're a leading, global security authority that's disrupting our own category.  Our encryption is trusted by the major ecommerce brands, the world's largest companies, the major cloud providers, entire country financial systems, entire internets of things and even down to the little things like surgically embedded pacemakers.  We help companies put trust - an abstract idea - to work. That's digital trust for the real world.

  • Conduct various types of research with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to develop innovative design solutions and future project features
  • Collaborate with teams outside your product area to ensure a cohesive experience across the DigiCert product suite
  • Drive the team's plan for completing UX initiatives and provide transparent and frequent communication
  • Develop innovative data-driven designs that accomplish published business goals
  • Mentor and support junior designers
  • Effectively and efficiently communicate research, concepts, and plans to leadership
  • Present to executive leadership, using quantitative and qualitative data to influence product roadmap decisions and priorities

What you will have

  • 8+ years of hands-on UX experience demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
  • Experience creating and conducting external user research with customers
  • Expertise in commonly used industry patterns and interaction design
  • Experience working on a complex technical B2B product suite
  • A portfolio demonstrating the use of data to drive design decisions
  • Experience using Figma to deliver prototype concepts and dev-ready designs
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools across a range of use cases, including visual prototyping and refining written content
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated history of leading large-scale design initiatives to success
  • A passion for collaborating across disciplines and fostering inclusive design processes

Nice to have

  • Experience using Pendo
  • Experience in cybersecurity

Benefits
