Attentive is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead the onboarding of Enterprise customers across the UK and EMEA. You'll collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience. This role requires extensive experience in customer implementation and project management.
You have a proven track record of successfully leading customer onboarding initiatives, particularly for enterprise-level clients. With at least 5 years of experience in implementation consulting or a related field, you understand the nuances of customer success and the importance of delivering value quickly. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the onboarding process.
You possess a deep understanding of marketing technologies, particularly in SMS, email, and push notifications, and how they can be leveraged to enhance customer engagement. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that drive performance and loyalty. You are adept at managing complex projects and can navigate the challenges that come with onboarding large-scale clients.
Experience with AI-driven marketing platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and project management tools will help you excel in this role. You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
In this role, you will take ownership of the onboarding process for Attentive's largest Enterprise customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they integrate our platform into their marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Sales team to understand customer expectations and requirements, setting the stage for a successful implementation.
You will lead cross-functional meetings with Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align on project goals and timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you guide customers through the onboarding journey, addressing any concerns and providing support as needed.
As a senior presence on the Implementation team, you will set high standards for execution and communication, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will analyze customer feedback and onboarding metrics to identify areas for enhancement, ensuring that our processes evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients.
