As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes websites, search ads, display ads, reviews and reputation management, social ads, and SEO. You will conduct cold calls to business owners within your designated territory to set appointments and perform strong needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, building strong client relationships that make each day different.
Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with year one on-target earnings between $90,000-$100,000 and year two on-target earnings between $105,000-$125,000.
