Reltio is seeking a Senior Application Security Engineer to enhance the security of their AI-powered data management solutions. You'll work with security frameworks and best practices to protect sensitive data. This role requires extensive experience in application security.
You have a strong background in application security, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise includes working with security frameworks and best practices, ensuring that applications are built with security in mind. You understand the importance of data protection and have experience implementing security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
You are familiar with OWASP guidelines and have a proven track record of identifying vulnerabilities in applications. You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess risks and recommend appropriate security solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that security considerations are integrated into the development process.
You are proactive in staying updated on the latest security threats and trends, continuously seeking to improve your knowledge and skills. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy sharing your insights with colleagues to foster a culture of security awareness.
Experience with cloud security and familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite or similar security testing tools would be a plus. A background in compliance and regulatory standards related to data security is also desirable.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting security assessments of applications and systems, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation strategies. You will collaborate with development teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a priority from the outset.
You will develop and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your role will involve conducting security training sessions for developers and other stakeholders, promoting best practices in application security.
You will also participate in incident response activities, helping to investigate security breaches and implement corrective actions.
