Chime is seeking a Director of People Analytics to lead the analytics vision for the People Team. You'll focus on data-driven decision-making and team leadership while working with systems like Workday and Greenhouse. This role requires significant experience in people analytics and data management.
You have a strong background in people analytics, with at least 5 years of experience leading analytics teams and driving data-driven decision-making in organizations. Your expertise includes developing and scaling data architecture and governance, ensuring that data is effectively integrated across various systems. You are skilled in utilizing tools like Workday and Greenhouse to enhance organizational health and employee engagement strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
You are passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights that can influence company culture and performance. Your experience includes designing and implementing employee listening strategies, such as surveys and feedback loops, to measure engagement and leadership effectiveness. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on strategic goals. You understand the importance of storytelling with data and can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
Experience in a high-growth tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with advanced analytics techniques and tools. In this role, you will lead the People Analytics function at Chime, setting the vision and strategy for how data is utilized to drive insights across the organization. You will be responsible for developing a comprehensive roadmap for people data, ensuring that it aligns with Chime's overall business objectives. Your leadership will guide a high-performing team dedicated to transforming data into actionable insights that support talent management and organizational effectiveness.
You will work closely with People Partners and COE leaders to identify key metrics and develop executive dashboards that provide visibility into organizational health and performance. Your role will involve advancing Chime's employee listening strategy, implementing effective feedback mechanisms to gauge employee sentiment and engagement. You will also oversee the integration of various data systems, ensuring that data governance and architecture are robust and scalable.
Collaboration will be key in this position, as you will partner with senior executives to drive talent and performance insights that directly impact business outcomes. You will be expected to present findings and recommendations to leadership, using your storytelling skills to convey the significance of the data. Your insights will help shape strategic initiatives that enhance Chime's culture and employee experience.
Chime offers a competitive salary range starting at $193,860 and going up to $274,700, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, full-time employees are eligible for a bonus and a competitive equity package, along with comprehensive benefits.
