You have experience in developing and executing comprehensive people analytics strategies that align with business goals. What you'll do

As the Director of People Analytics at Samsara, you will lead the charge in transforming how the organization utilizes workforce data. You will develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics strategy that supports the company's goals and enhances decision-making processes. Your role will involve collaborating with HR and business leaders to identify key metrics and insights that drive hiring, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of workforce data, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives. By leveraging data science techniques, you will help the organization understand trends in employee performance, turnover, and diversity, enabling evidence-based decisions that foster a positive workplace culture.

In addition, you will mentor and guide a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the people analytics function. You will work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure that data infrastructure supports the analytics needs of the organization. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping HR strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience at Samsara.
