Overview

D2L is seeking a Team Lead for Admin Support to oversee a team providing technical and administrative support for the Brightspace Learning Management System. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in technical support.

You have a proven track record in leading teams, particularly in a technical support environment, where you have successfully managed and developed team members to provide exceptional service. Your experience includes overseeing administrative functions and ensuring that your team meets the needs of clients effectively. You are adept at using technology to streamline processes and improve service delivery, and you understand the importance of a personalized approach to client interactions. You are committed to fostering a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration, growth, and employee wellbeing.

Desirable

Experience in the education technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with learning management systems. You have a knack for problem-solving and can think critically about how to enhance the user experience for clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner. You are also comfortable working with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and innovations in service delivery.

What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Admin Support, you will be responsible for guiding a team of specialists who provide technical and administrative support to clients using the D2L Brightspace LMS. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality support and resolves client issues efficiently. You will also be involved in training and mentoring team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers. Your role will require you to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery.

You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements.
