What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes matching and mixing paint colors to achieve the desired finish. You will utilize state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle is painted to perfection. Your role will involve working inside paint booths, where you will apply water-based paint to vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that the painting process runs smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will participate in training programs to further develop your skills and advance your career within the company. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of the vehicles we deliver to our customers, making your role essential to Carvana's mission.
