You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. Your expertise in using water-based paint ensures high-quality finishes on vehicles. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the demands of a growing company. As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes matching and mixing paint colors to achieve the desired finish.
