What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure seamless data center operations. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, and operations managers to deliver the highest standards of service. You will also participate in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents and ensuring that our infrastructure remains operational at all times.

You will be involved in supporting all AWS data centers, working with servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment. Your role will require you to troubleshoot complex issues and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our operations. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging problems that impact the supply chain and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
