You have a proven track record in account management, particularly with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and possess the business savvy to motivate cross-functional teams. Your experience includes building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives and understanding the unique needs of ISV customers. You excel in creative systems thinking and have a vision for executing strategies that drive business growth. You are adept at collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales, product, and alliances, to achieve shared goals. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-makers is a key strength. You are results-oriented and have a passion for helping partners succeed in their go-to-market strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting long-term strategies and executing daily tasks to grow customer accounts. You will work closely with AWS resources to support customer interests and ensure successful service implementation. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing opportunities, facilitating collaboration among extended teams, and addressing all customer needs. You will engage with various aspects of the customer’s organization, including engineering, IT/operations, and partner organizations. Your role will require you to implement broad strategies for earning customer acceptance and driving service adoption. You will also be expected to monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
