Databricks is seeking a Hunter Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in the Philippines from their Singapore office. You'll leverage your sales expertise to close new accounts and maintain existing relationships, utilizing a solution-based approach. This role requires experience in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of customer needs.
You are an experienced enterprise sales professional with a proven track record of selling to enterprise accounts in the Philippines. With a strong understanding of customer needs, you excel at presenting innovative solutions and guiding deals forward to compress decision cycles. You are passionate about understanding products in depth and communicating their value effectively to customers and system integrators. You thrive on identifying new opportunities and closing both new and existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
You have a strategic mindset and are capable of developing a territory plan within your first 90 days. Meeting with CIOs, IT executives, and other key stakeholders comes naturally to you, and you are adept at navigating complex sales cycles while also identifying quick wins. Your experience with Salesforce allows you to track customer details meticulously, ensuring that you are always prepared for the next steps in the sales process.
You have a background in selling cloud data platforms or similar technologies, which gives you an edge in understanding the competitive landscape. Familiarity with solution-based selling methodologies is a plus, as is experience in managing long sales cycles while achieving revenue targets. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are always looking for ways to improve your sales strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving enterprise sales growth for Databricks in the Philippines. You will ensure that customer satisfaction remains a top priority, addressing any concerns and ensuring that clients receive the support they need.
