Asana is hiring a Senior Product Data Scientist to inform strategy and define success metrics through data analysis. You'll leverage machine learning and statistical techniques to drive business outcomes. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in data storytelling.
You have 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques. You are skilled in SQL and have a knack for data storytelling, enabling you to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, business, design, and engineering teams to drive impactful decisions. Your experience includes designing and analyzing experiments, allowing you to contribute to product changes that enhance user experience. You are proactive in identifying new ways to deliver value to users and are comfortable with causal inference methodologies. You understand the importance of defining and measuring success metrics to inform business strategy.
Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with data visualization tools would be advantageous. A background in mobile product analytics is a plus, as you will be working specifically with the Mobile team at Asana.
