PandaDoc is seeking a Director of Product for their Quote to Cash solution to lead product strategy and manage teams. This role requires collaboration with engineers and designers to enhance sales workflows.

You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in sales technology, and a proven track record of leading product teams to success. You understand the complexities of sales workflows and have a strategic mindset to drive product vision and execution. Your leadership style fosters collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product managers, designers, and engineers. You are adept at managing multiple squads and can navigate the challenges of scaling a product in a competitive market. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that enhance user experience and drive revenue growth. You are passionate about building innovative solutions that redefine B2B selling and are committed to creating a culture of resilience and learning within your team.

Desirable

Experience in AI-powered platforms or agreement technologies would be a plus, as well as familiarity with the Quote to Cash process.
