Vonage is seeking a Scrum Master to support their Agile transformation and drive the implementation of the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe). You'll work closely with teams to foster an Agile culture and improve performance. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in Agile methodologies.

You are data-driven, using metrics to monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement. You are also keen to learn from experienced Agile professionals and contribute to the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) at Vonage.
Experience or knowledge of the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) will be beneficial, as you will assist Release Train Engineers in running SAFe events. A background in coaching or mentoring teams in Agile practices will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Vonage's Agile transformation. You will help introduce Agile values, principles, and practices to one or more teams, ensuring they understand and embrace the Agile mindset. Your responsibilities will include training and mentoring team members, guiding them through the Agile process, and helping them identify and address impediments that could hinder their progress. You will collaborate closely with the LACE team to implement SAFe across the organization, ensuring alignment and maximizing the value delivered by teams.
You will also be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused. By using a data-driven approach, you will help teams monitor their performance and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve encouraging open communication and collaboration between teams, fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
