Overview

SafeLease is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Founder-CEO in managing day-to-day operations across multiple companies. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Who you are

You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven track record of supporting high-level executives. You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively. Your strong judgment and emotional intelligence allow you to navigate complex situations with ease. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact professionally with various stakeholders. You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion in your role, ensuring that sensitive information is handled appropriately. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that every career path is unique and that growth comes from embracing new challenges.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the right-hand support for the Founder-CEO, ensuring that his day-to-day operations run smoothly. You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives. You will assist with administrative tasks related to the Founder-CEO's private investment fund, ensuring that all operations are efficient and organized. Your role will involve liaising with various departments and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization. You will also be responsible for maintaining records and documentation, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the overall mission of SafeLease.
