Who you are

You have a strong background in technical program management, particularly in the financial risk and compliance domain. With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully led large-scale technical programs that require collaboration across multiple teams and functions. Your ability to operate autonomously and manage stakeholders across different disciplines and time zones sets you apart. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

Your technical expertise includes proficiency in SQL and Python, which you have used to analyze data and drive decision-making in your previous roles. You are familiar with the challenges of financial risk and compliance, and you understand the importance of balancing regulatory requirements with user experience. You thrive in environments where you can leverage your analytical skills to solve complex problems and drive impactful outcomes.

You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail. Desirable

What you'll do
