What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the structured interviewing system, managing all aspects from content creation to training and calibration. You will work closely with the talent team to ensure that interviewers are well-equipped to assess candidates effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to interviewers to enhance their skills.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of interviews, gathering feedback from candidates and interviewers, and making necessary adjustments to improve the process. Your role will involve analyzing data related to interview outcomes and candidate experiences to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will partner with various teams to align on hiring needs and ensure that the structured interviewing system meets those needs. You will facilitate discussions around interview best practices and help create a culture of continuous improvement within the talent operations team.

Additionally, you will manage knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring that insights and lessons learned from interviews are documented and accessible.
