You have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes experience in NPI program management, and you possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You are adept at communicating project requirements and schedules, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. Your investigative and quantitative reasoning abilities enable you to tackle complex challenges effectively.
An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, as is experience in hardware operations. Familiarity with hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs), process documentation, and assembly and test processes will set you apart. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and creativity, and you understand that a problem isn’t truly solved until it’s resolved for all involved.

At Google, you will be part of a team that builds products aimed at creating opportunities for everyone. You will have the chance to work on innovative projects that span across offices and time zones, contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology.
